盧綸（約737-約799），字允言，唐代詩人，大曆十才子之一，漢族，河中蒲（今山西省永濟縣）人。天寶末舉進士，遇亂不第；代宗朝又應舉， 屢試不第。大曆六年，宰相元載舉薦，授閿鄉尉；後由王縉薦為集賢學士，秘書省校書郎，升監察禦史。出為陝府戶曹、河南密縣令。後元載、王縉獲罪，遭到牽連。德宗朝複為昭應令，又任河中渾瑊元帥府判官，官至檢校戶部郎中。有《盧戶部詩集》。
