作者簡介(李適)

唐德宗李適（kuò）（742年5月27日―805年2月25日），翻译唐代宗李豫長子，和诗唐朝第九位皇帝（除武則天和唐殤帝以外），月赐因书月赐因书原文意在位二十六年（779年6月12日―805年2月25日 ）。初封奉節郡王，代宗寶應元年（762年）為天下兵馬元帥，改封魯王。安史之亂平定後，拜尚書令，改封魯王、雍王。廣德二年（764年），被立為皇太子。大曆十四年（779年）五月，代宗駕崩，李適即位。李適在位前期，以強明自任，堅持信用文武百官，嚴禁宦官幹政，用楊炎為相，廢租庸調製，改行“兩稅法”，頗有一番中興氣象。後任用盧杞等，政局轉壞。建中四年（783年），爆發“涇原兵變”，李適出逃奉天，後依靠李晟等平亂，但叛亂中文官武將的相繼失節與宦官集團的忠心護駕所形成的強烈反差使李適放棄了以往的觀念。執政後期，李適委任宦官為禁軍統帥，在全國範圍內增收間架、茶葉等雜稅，導致民怨日深。對藩鎮多事姑息，使其勢力日漸增強。李適在位時期，對外聯合回紇、南詔，打擊吐蕃，成功扭轉對吐蕃的戰略劣勢，為唐憲宗的“元和中興”創造了較為有利的外部環境。貞元二十一年（805年），李適於會寧殿駕崩，享壽六十四歲。諡號神武孝文皇帝，廟號德宗，葬於崇陵。李適善屬文，尤工於詩。《全唐詩》錄有其詩。
